Michael Attenborough CBE talks about the history of the University of Leicester’s Adrian Building – named after Lord Adrian, the University’s first Chancellor from 1957-1971. The most significant room in the Adrian Building is lab G19. This is where Professor Sir Alec Jeffrey’s made the breakthrough that led to genetic fingerprinting.
